We have just received information of a recent development in the Shari Parker v Dr Carlos Garcia sexual harassment lawsuit. The Honorable Bobby Galvan will be presiding as the 94th District Court is reported to be holding a hearing at 9:30 am. Attorney Robert Heil stands in advocacy of Miss Parker.
